solid family stay
warm welcome helpful advice excellent cappuccinos
felipe at reception provided a warm welcome. georgia offered helpful advice. rosario the housekeeper provided fresh towels daily. antonio made excellent cappuccinos at the pool bar. moses was very nice to talk to. i had a good time here and might return in the future.
the air conditioning was not effective. it was noisy and did not cool the room properly. i reported it, the staff supposedly sorted it asap. the experience wasn't satisfying.

clean apartment fantastic maid poor air-conditioning cockroach sighting
I was pleased with the apartment, it was clean. The maid service was also fantastic, they always accommodated our schedule to replace towels and make beds.
The air conditioning did not work well at times, this impacted our sleep. I also found a cockroach in the room. The hotel did not offer any compensation for these issues.

friendly staff clean place
the location was great, close to bars, shops, and restaurants. the place was clean and the staff were helpful. our maid fior in block 4 was amazing and very friendly. children's entertainment was good and very family friendly with lots to see and do locally. the beach was pretty and not even a 5 minute walk away!!!
the all inclusive side of things was letting the hotel down. the food was basic and the same daily for breakfast, dinner, and tea. the menu had not changed since i arrived. there was not any bottled water in the rooms and i could not purchase bottles from the hotel.

the location proved convenient with easy access to local shops and restaurants i found a variety of options within walking distance the friendly reception staff readily shared valuable local insights ensuring a smooth exploration of the area the size of the bedroom was generous accommodating luggage and allowing for comfortable movement.
the air conditioning unit emitted considerable noise which affected sleep quality despite its functionality.

super clean rooms stylish rooms comfortable details
we just returned from an amazing family holiday. the hotel was beautiful! the rooms were super clean, stylish, and comfortable for both us and our young children. every detail was considered, so it really reminded me of a home.
the hotel could improve the speed of service. it took longer than expected to receive assistance with minor room issues. this caused a slight inconvenience during my otherwise pleasant stay, especially with the kids.

My room was super clean and refreshing. The pastel decor added a lovely touch and the bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were cute and professional. Jenny at reception was especially helpful. The food was good, and breakfast was excellent.
The salty water from the taps was a slight inconvenience, as I could not make proper tea or coffee.

i stayed on the third floor in block nine the sea view was great the room was clean and spacious enough for my daughter's walker and wheelchair the cleaning staff visited every morning and were very friendly
